To open weekend conference play, Harker went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles with two runs and three RBI in a huge win over Sarah Lawrence while having a perfect 2-for-2 game with two runs and one RBI to secure the sweep. Against Mount Saint Vincent, she had a career performance hitting for her first cycle, driving in seven runs with three of her own. She closed out her dominant week with one run on one hit against the Dolphins to help the Valiants to their 21st straight victory.

Shinstine earned her third Pitcher of the Week recognition after pitching 17.0 shutout innings in four appearances. She struck out a season-high 13 batters through five innings against John Jay, while giving up only one hit and one walk. Against Hunter, she pitched another five innings with 12 strikeouts and a pair of hits and walks. She then threw two innings in a combined no-hitter against Sarah Lawrence, striking out 5-of-6 batters faced. She closed out a dominant week with only one hit against Mount Saint Vincent, striking out nine with one hit and four walks. Her season ERA sits at a 2.33 without allowing a run through 49 innings.

Harker, Shinstine, and the Valiants are on the road today as they take on Western Connecticut State in a nonconference doubleheader with first pitch at 4 p.m.
