Van Cortlandt Park

Manhattanville’s close proximity to New York City allows the Valiants to utilize Van Cortlandt Park as their practice facility during the cross country season. One of the most heavily used cross-country courses in the United States, Van Cortlandt Park offers a picturesque venue in the middle of the Bronx and gives Valiant student-athletes a fun and unique experience on the course.

The park plays host to numerous collegiate and high school races each year, including multiple NCAA Div. I Cross Country Championships, and also serves as the home course for many Division I programs in the area.
