Box Score PURCHASE, N.Y. – Eastern, ranked 12th in the country according to the latest AVCA Division III National Poll, hit .453 as a team in posting a 3-0 (25-5, 25-10, 25-11) victory over Manhattanville in a Freedom Conference women's volleyball matchup at Kennedy Gymnasium on Wednesday night.
The Eagles picked up 41 kills with only seven errors on 75 attacks to earn the straight-set win, while the Valiants struggled to a -.082 hitting percentage with 13 kills and 19 errors on 73 attempts. Eastern also had five blocks and 10 aces on the night.

Susy Camaj (Lagrangeville, N.Y./Millbrook) and freshman
Alissa Primavera (Brewster, N.Y./Brewster) led Manhattanville (13-12, 0-5 Freedom) with five kills apiece. Camaj and junior
Alyssa Casino (Rye Brook, N.Y./Maria Regina) added a team-leading seven digs each, while freshman
Megan Quinabo (Pearl City, Hawaii/Kamehameha Schools-Kapalama) had 12 assists.
Kearby Benak was the offensive leader for Eastern (22-2, 5-0 Freedom) with nine kills, followed by a trio of players with six kills apiece. Rikki Schlager had 34 assists and Rylie Hass registered a match-best 14 digs as well for the visitors.
Manhattanville has its final busy weekend of the year coming up, as the Valiants play twice on Friday night and twice more on Saturday at the St. Joseph's (L.I.) Invitational. The weekend starts with two matches against Farmingdale State and Wilkes on Friday at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., respectively.
