GLENSIDE, Pa.- The Manhattanville men's soccer team was on their way to a 3-0 record until mother nature stepped in, halting play with a lightning storm in the 44th minute.  Just four minutes earlier the Valiants took a 1-0 direct off a free kick from junior Michael Alcaraz (Burbank, Calif./Burbank), tallying his second goal of the season.
 
Although the score is currently 1-0 , unless the teams resume play the match will not count as an official game because the teams did not play a minimum of 70 minutes.  The teams will look to reschedule the game for further in the season. More information will be released once a final decision has been made.
