DANBURY, Conn. – Following her stellar senior campaign, Loren Hernandez (Toa Baja, Puerto Rico/American Military Academy) of the Manhattanville University women's volleyball team was selected to the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) 2025 Division III Women's Volleyball Second Team, as announced by the organization earlier on Thursday morning.

Hernandez repeats on the All-ECAC Second Team after earning the accolade in 2024. Her selection marks the fifth All-ECAC selection in Manhattanville women's volleyball program history.

Hernandez led the Valiants to a fourth-straight Skyline Conference Championship and NCAA Tournament berth as she cemented her legacy as one of the best players in program history. The Puerto Rico native was named the Skyline Conference Player of the Year for a second-straight year after putting up 337 kills in her senior season. Hernandez added 40 aces, 273 digs, 15 blocks and 18 assists in a well-rounded campaign that saw her making plays on all ends of the floor.

Hernandez climbed atop the program record book for career kills (1,281) and points (1,463.5) and finished her undergraduate tenure ninth all-time in both sets and matches played. Here 2025 kill total was the fifth-most in a single season in program history, with two of the other leading seasons being her 2023 and 2024 campaigns.
