NEW YORK, N.Y. – Leading the Manhattanville University men's basketball team into winter break as the Valiants' leading scorer,
Andrew Saint-Louis (Norwalk, Conn./Notre Dame Fairfield) has been selected as a Met Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) Honorable Mention for the week of Dec. 8-14, announced earlier today.
Saint-Louis is no stranger to MBWA recognition, now earning weekly Honorable Mention accolade for a sixth time in his collegiate career. The graduate guard is the first student-athlete on the men's basketball team to be named MBWA Honorable Mention for the 2025-26 season.
Saint-Louis had a pair of 22-point performances to close out the 2025 half of the schedule, shooting .500 on the week from the floor. He played a full 50 minutes in Tuesday's double-overtime victory over John Jay, adding eight rebounds, four assists and a steal to his 22 points. Saint-Louis went wire-to-wire for a second-straight game on Saturday in the Valiants' Skyline Conference opener against Yeshiva, shooting 60 percent in his 40 minutes of action. He matched his season-high of three steals while adding three assists and a rebound along with his 22 points.
Saint-Louis and the Valiants return to play in 2026 on Jan. 3, traveling to Mount Saint Mary for a noon tipoff.
