2015: Ran in all six of the Valiant's races as a senior … posted his career-best 8K time at the Technology XC Challenge (10/3), running a 28:37.35 … Recorded his highest finish of the year at the SJC Friends and Alumni Invitational (9/1) crossing the line at 15th.

2014: Ran in five of the team’s seven races as a junior … posted the best 5K time of his career with an 18:51.80 finish at the Staten Island Invitational (9/28) … ran the fastest 8K of his career at the MAC Championships (11/1), crossing the finish line in 29:24.18 … named to the MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013: Appeared in all seven meets during his sophomore season … posted a season-best 21st place finish by clocking in at 33:58.37 at the Belmont Classic (9/13) … shaved nearly a minute off his career-best 8K time by finishing in 30:11.20 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships (11/16) … named to the MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2012: Ran in all 10 races in his first season with the Valiants and scored in all 10 meets as the team's Rookie of the Year … earned a spot in the top 20 at the Valiant Invitational (9/15) with a season-best 5K time of 19:20.00 that placed him 17th overall … posted a season-best 8K time at the Saratoga Invitational (10/6), crossing the finish line in 31:04.69.

High School: A 2012 graduate of Saint John the Baptist Diocesan High School … ran four years of cross country and one year of track for the Cougars … graduated cum laude from the school.

Personal: Born May 15, 1993 … son of Lynn and Mark Goidell … has one sister, Kimberly … a history major with a world religions minor in the hopes of becoming a college professor … a Presidential Scholar at Manhattanville who has earned Departmental Honors in history.
