2016: Appeared in all seven meets during her junior season … was the first Valiant to cross the finish line in the team’s final six meets of the year … posted the second-best 6K time in program history at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (11/12), taking almost 40 seconds off her career-best time by finishing in 24:11.60 … ranked ninth in program history with a time of 20:00:00 at the 5K Bard Invitational (9/17) that placed her 15th out of 164 runners … led the team by finishing the 3K CCSU Mini Meet (10/21) in 12:13.10 … finished 69th out of 156 runners at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships (10/29).

2015:  Ran in all five of the team's svents during her sophomore season ... posted the ninth fastest 5K time in program history at the NJIT Technology XC Invitational, finishing in 19:45.48 (10/3) ... had the fastest 3K time for Manhattanville at the Bard Invitational with a time of 11:12.60 (9/19) ... led the Valiants at the MAC Championships with a 6K time of 26:06.86 (10/31) 

2014: Ran in six of the team’s seven races during her freshman season … posted her best 5K time of the year at the Bard Invitational (9/20), finishing in 20:01.00 to rank eighth on the program’s all-time list … recorded the team’s best 6K time of the year at the MAC Championships (11/1), crossing the line in 24:55.44 to rank sixth in school history.

High School: A 2014 graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School … ran three years of cross country and four years of track for the Sailors.
 
Personal: Daughter of Joanne and Michael DiCola … has a sister, Ashley.
