2016: Appeared in all seven meets during her junior season … took nearly 2:30 off her career-best 5K time at the Bard Invitational (9/17), finishing in 21:37.00 as the third Valiant to cross the line … smashed her previous best 6K time by 2:49 at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (11/12), crossing the line in 26:19.30 as the second Valiant to finish … recorded the best 3K time of her career by crossing the line in 13:31.20 at the CCSU Mini Meet (10/21) … finished the 4K Saint Joseph’s Friends and Alumni Invitational (9/1) in 18:45.90.
2015: Ran in five events for the Valiants as a sophomore ... Posted her best 5K time of the year at the Technology XC Invitational with a time of 24:02.94 ... finished the 6K course at the MAC Championships with a time of 32:08.19.
2014: Did not run cross country for the Valiants.
High School: A 2014 graduate of The Ursuline School … ran four years of track and three years of cross country for the Koalas … served as captain of the outdoor track team as a senior.
Personal: Daughter of Arlene and Ron Limato.
