Biography
2010-11: Did not take part in any track meets for the Valiants as a junior.
2009-10: Ran in four different indoor meets … ran a season-best 6:37.72 in the mile at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/12) … outdoors, ran the 800, 1,500 and 5,000 … made three appearances in the 5,000, beginning with a season- and team-best time of 22:18.79 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/27) … ran a career-best 800 time at the Springfield Invitational (4/17), crossing the line in 3:05.55 … named to the MAC Winter and Spring Academic Honor Rolls.
2008-09: Appeared in two indoor track events, running the 800 (3:03.78) and the mile (6:31.56) at the Wheaton Invitational (1/31) … also ran four times in the outdoor season … ran twice at the Danny Curran Invitational (3/28), finishing the 800 in 3:06.83 and the 1500 in 5:53.84.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Fox Lane High School, lettering in cross country for the Foxes … was a high honors student in high school.
Personal: Born August 17, 1990 … daughter of Jeanette Pousada and Patrick Mahady … is an Asian Studies major at Manhattanville.
