2012-13: Appeared in four events during the indoor season, posting the team’s top-two times in both the mile and the 3,000 … best mile time of the year was a 5:01.09 result at Wesleyan (12/1) … ran the 3,000 in a season-best 10:10.53 at the MIT Coed Invitational (1/26) … had the team’s top time in the 800, 1,500, 3,000 steeplechase and 5,000 during the outdoor season … broke his own outdoor record in the 3,000 steeplechase at Moravian’s Coach P Open (4/12), crossing the line in 10:49.99 … crossed the line in a season-best 1,500 time of 4:35.79 at the New Balance Twilight Meet (4/11)… best 5,000 time of the year came at AIC’s Yellow Jacket Invitational, crossing the line in 17:16.73.
2011-12: Appeared in six meets during the indoor season … ran primarily in the mile, setting a new program record on three separate occasions … crossed the line in 4:57.87 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/11) to set the program mark for the last time this year … helped the Distance Medley Relay team to a sixth-place finish at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/24), earning second-team All-Conference honors … ran in seven events during the outdoor season … ran the 1,500 a season-high three times, posting a best time of 4:38.30 at Ursinus (3/16) … set a new school record in the 3,000 steeplechase by taking second place at Swanson Invitational (4/7) with a time of 11:10.78 … also tossed the javelin twice, posting a top toss of 32.03m at the season-opening Queensborough Relays (3/10).
2010-11: Took part in five indoor events and eight outdoor competitions in his first collegiate season … ran the 800 and mile during the indoor season … made his debut indoors at the Wesleyan Invitational (1/15), taking sixth in the mile and eighth in the 800 … set a season-best mark in the 800 at the MAC Indoor Championships (2/26), crossing the line in 2:20.28 to finish 17th … his best mile time of the year came at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/11), finishing in 5:08.34 … outdoors, ran the 400, 800, 1,500, 3000 steeplechase and also tossed the javelin a few times … his best 400 time of the outdoor season came in the first race of the year, finishing in 1:05.81 at Queensborough CC (3/12) … had a pair of top-10 finishes at the Elmer Swanson Invitational (4/9), finishing sixth in the 3000 steeplechase (11:20.83) and taking eighth as the first Valiant ever to take part in the javelin event (31.97m) … took 14th in the javelin at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/6) with a season-best toss of 34.84m.
