In 2021, named to the All-ECC Second Team, while being tabbed NCBWA East Region Pitcher of the Week once... Named ECC Pitcher of the Week and ECC Rookie of the Week each one time… Made nine appearances on the mound with eight starts… Went 5-1 with a 3.83 ERA in 49.1 innings with 47 strikeouts… Led the team in wins and ranked third in the ECC in wins… Ranked second on team in ERA… Led team in strikeouts...In 2020, named to ECC Commissioner's Honor Roll... Made three appearances on the mound with two starts… Went 0-1 with an 11.57 ERA in 7.0 innings with five strikeouts.

Personal: Son of Tony and Maria Burgio...Has one sister, Juliana...Majoring in physical education and sport pedagogy.
