Leif Gagliardi '00 completed his 11th season as an assistant coach with former teammate
Pat Scanlon in 2014-15.
As an assistant coach, Gagliardi is responsible for working with big men, scouting, practice, and game management. He played a major role on the staff when the Valiant coaches were named Skyline Conference Coaching Staff of the Year in 2006-07.
Gagliardi scored over 900 points during his playing career, leading the Valiants to an ECAC Tournament berth in 1999. Gagliardi and Scanlon saw their playing careers overlap during the 1999-00 season when, as a senior, Gagliardi averaged 11.4 points per game, second on the team, and played in 25 games for a club that went 13-12.
Gagliardi works for Natexis Bleichroeder as an Assistant Director of the Executive Services Department. He is also an active participant in the Big Brothers program, serving as a mentor to others.
Gagliardi currently resides in Yonkers, N.Y.
