2024: Ran all five meets of his junior season...Opened the year with a 63rd place finish at the Hartford 5K on Sept. 7, finishing in 19:17.2...Finished 37th on Sept. 14's Jasper Fall Invitational, running the 8K in 32:36.1...Took 11th at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 12, crossing in 30:04.3...Closed the regular season on Oct. 19 at the St. Joseph's Invitational with a 31:43.1 finish, placing 27th...Ended the year with a personal-best time of 29:43 at the Skyline Championship on Nov. 3, placing 20th overall. 

2023: As a sophomore, competed in three events throughout the season…Finished 167^th overall with a time of 35:26.5 at the Jasper Fall XC Invite on Sep. 16… At the MSMC Knight Invite on Sep. 24, logged a 61^st place finish with a time of 36:18.0…Closed out his season at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 7 with a time of 32:13.9 in 142^nd overall.

2022: Competed in four events throughout his rookie season… In his collegiate debut, finished 43rd overall with a time of 36:56.9 in the Purchase College Invitational on Sep. 10… Finished 48th overall with a time of 24:23.5 in the Fred Pavlich Invitational hosted by Bard College on Sep. 24… Finished 45th overall with a time of 34:16.4 in the MSMC Knight Invite on Oct. 8… Competed in the Skyline Conference Championship on Oct. 23 and placed 61st overall with a time of 34:44.1.

High School: Graduated from Bay Shore Senior High School in 2022.

Personal: Son of Claudia and Darlig Delgado Sr., and has a sister, Sophia.
