2024: Skyline All-Conference Second Team...Consistently served as Manahattanville's top runner as a sophomore, posting three top-ten finishes across his five races...Took 22nd in the season-opening Hartford 5K on Sept. 7, running a 17:29.0 split...Finished the Jasper Fall XC Invitational on Sept. 14 in 7th, posting a 28:26.5...Ran the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 12 in 28:21.2, placing 59th...Finished the St. Joseph's Invitational in 8th on Oct. 19, crossing in 29:19.3...Posted a personal-best time of 27:55.4 at the Skyline Championship on Nov. 3, placing 8th.

2023: Skyline All-Conference Second Team selection… As a rookie, competed in all five events throughout the season with some of the team’s best finishes… Placed 53^rd in his collegiate debut at the Stockton Season Opener on Sep. 1 with a time of 20:46.28…Ran in the Jasper Fall XC Invite on Sep. 16, logging a 107^th place finish and a time of 28:36.6…Completed the MSMC Knight Invite course on Sep. 24, eclipsing the top ten with a ninth place finish and a time of 30:37.4… Finished 54^th overall with a time of 28:06.2 at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 7…Closed out the season at the Skyline Championships on Oct. 22, finishing in ninth place with a time of 30:37.3.

High School: A 2023 graduate of White Plains High School...Four-year member of the cross country and track and field teams...2022 Westchester County XC Champions.

Personal: Son of Mike and Jen Demilio...Has two siblings, Mikey and Stella....Pursuing a degree in sport studies.
