2015: Raced in five of the team's six races in his senior year ... ran a career-best 8K time at the Technology XC Invitational (10/3) posting a 32:02.73 ... recorded a 24:51.80 time at the lone 6K race at the Bard Invitational (9/19).

2014: Ran the first three races of the season … finished the 5K Stockton Alumni & Friends Invitational (8/29) in 21:01.61 in his Valiant debut … his best 8K time of the year was a 33:23.00 finish at the Bard Invitational (9/20).

2012-13: Did not run cross country for the Valiants as a freshman or sophomore.

High School: Graduated from John Hay High School in 2011 … played four seasons of varsity lacrosse for the Indians … was awarded the Student Athlete Award in 2009, 2010 and 2011 … a member of the boy’s lacrosse Section I Class B Championship team his sophomore season … played travel lacrosse for the Prime Time Lacrosse team and the Renegades Lacrosse team … also played three seasons of varsity soccer while at John Jay … was a team captain his sophomore year for the soccer junior varsity team … academically was a member of the Honor Roll his junior year … was also a member of the Environmental Management Club from 2010-11.

Personal: Born December 25, 1992 … son of Elissa and Michael Winter … has two siblings; Travis and Jordan … is currently an environmental studies major in the hopes of a career in landscape design … also a member of the Valiant men's lacrosse team during the spring season.
