2024: Ran in all five meets as a senior...Opened the year with a time of 19:16.1 at the Hartford Invitational 5K on Sept. 7...Ran the Jasper Fall XC Invitational in 30:53.4 on Sept. 14, placing 25th...Crossed the NJIT Highlander Challenge finish line on Oct. 12 in 30:02.0, taking 110th...Placed 35th on Oct. 19 at the St. Joseph's Invitational, crossing in 32:22.4...Had the best performance of his career at the Skyline Championship meet, placing 21st with a top-time of 29:43.0.
2023: Competed in all five events throughout his junior season… Placed 77th with a time of 23:10.91 at the Stockton Season Opener on Sep. 1…Ran in the Jasper Fall XC Invite on Sep. 16, logging a 155th place finish and a time of 32:59.2…Completed the MSMC Knight Invite course on Sep. 24 in 37th place with a time of 33:52.8… Finished 145th with a time of 32:20.0 at the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 7…Closed out the season at the Skyline Championships on Oct. 22, finishing in 42nd place with a time of 34:18.2.

High School: 2021 graduate of Urban Academy Lab...Ran for Chelsea Greyhounds Track Club from 2017 to 2021...Placed first in the 3000 meter in the 2019 Ocean Breeze Freedom Games...Earned a 9th place finish in the 3000 meter and a 4th place finish in cross country as the 2019 USATF Championships...Ranked first in the 2019 3000 meters at the New York Region Relays...Placed third in the 3000 meter in the 2019 USATF New York Junior Olympics.
