2025: Competed in all five meets during the cross country season…Opened the year with a season-best time of 18:34.56, placing 104th at the Suffolk Short Course Classic on Aug. 30th…Took 53rd at the Purchase Invitational on Sept. 6th with a time of 23:05.30…Posted a time of 29:33.30 at the Jasper Falls Invite, finishing 157th…Took to the course at the NJIT Highlander, placing 44th with a time of 28:34.9…At the Skyline Conference Championships, he clocked a time of 28:11.8, placing 14th…After advancing to the NCAA Niagara Regional Meet, he posted a time of 28:24.0, finishing 117th out of 187. 

2024: Ran all five races in his first season of cross country...Ran the season-opening Hartford 5K on Sept. 7 in 19:01.3, placing 55th...Ran the Jasper Fall XC Invitational on Sept. 14 in 30:48.1, finishing 23rd...On Oct. 12, competed in the NJIT Highlander Challenge with a time of 29:50.4 and placed 102nd...Ran Oct. 19's St. Joseph's Invitational in 30:36.2 to take 17th...Had his best performance of the season at the Skyline Championship, posting a personal best time of 28:32.9 and placing 15th.

Prep: Was a four sport athlete in high school...In addition to playing basketball for four years, also competed in track, soccer and football.

Personal: Son of Stan and Terri Christmas Garrant....Has one brother named Stanley...Majoring in environmental studies...Competed on the men's basketball team since 2021 while joining track in 2022.
