Biography

2009-10: Dressed for 24 games on the blue line during his first season with the Valiants … had two goals and assisted on four for six points as a freshman … both his tallies served as the game-winner on the year … made his collegiate debut at Hobart (10/31) and finished with a +2 rating … recorded the first two points of his career, both on assists, for a season-high two points in a win over Connecticut College (12/8) … his first career goal came the next game against Buffalo State (12/11) and was the game-winner … had an assist versus Assumption (12/30) the next time out for a three-game point streak … also netted the game-winner in a win over Utica (2/13) … recorded an assist in the Valiants’ ECAC West Championship game win at Elmira (3/6).

Played last season with the Nanaimo Clippers alongside Valiant classmate Ronnie Smith … finished second among Nanaimo defensemen with 22 points on two goals and 20 assists in 62 contests … added some muscle to the team with 87 penalty minutes, tying for third on the team … also received the team’s Educational Player of the Year award … previously, spent two years with the Weyburn Red Wings of the SJHL, scoring three goals and assisting on 24 for 27 points in 111 games on the blue line … was named the team’s Most Inspirational Player in 2007-08 … peewee teammate of Phoenix Coyotes defenseman David Schlemko.
 

Personal: Born December 18, 1988 … son of Chris and Susan Krukowski … has one older brother, Clayton … plans to be a business management major at Manhattanville.
