2023-24: As a junior, appeared in 19 games for the Valiants…Totaled nine points on three goals and six assists…Had a season-high two goals against Lebanon Valley on Feb. 2…Finished third on the team with 163 faceoff wins…Won a season-best 14 draws in his season debut against Saint Michael’s on Oct. 27…Recorded 34 shots throughout the season…Blocked five shots.
2022-23: Appeared in 24 games for the Valiants in his sophomore season…Scored four goals on the year…Recorded five assists total…Had a season-high two assists against Neumann on Jan. 27…Fired off 36 shots with a season-best four shots against Chatham on Feb. 10…Finished second on the team with 186 faceoff wins…Added 14 blocks during the season.
2021-22: Made 21 appearances for his rookie campaign, leading all freshmen with 91 face-off wins on the year… On 18 shots, he was able to record seven points on three goals and four assists to go along with five blocks for his freshman season... Posted a career high three shots and a goal in separate contests against Stevenson that helped the Valiants win both contests to open and close the season.
Prep: Has played hockey for 16 years...100 GP, 35 G, 55 A, 90 P in KIJHL...2019 Most Improved Player and Fan Favorite Award... 2019 KIJHL Champions and BC Provincial Champions...2017 U17 CSSHL Champions.
Personal: Son of Michael and Maria Speerbrecker... Has one sister, Chloe...Majoring in finance with a minor in computer science...Also a member of the Manhattanville men's golf team.
