2023-24: Appeared in 14 singles and 15 doubles matches throughout his sophomore season…Went 8-6 at No. 3, 4, 5, and 6 singles with a 6-1 record in conference play…Tallied a 7-8 record at No. 2 and 3 doubles with a 4-4 Skyline record…Highlighted by a pair of No. 6 singles victory against Merchant Marine (6-2,6-3) in the Skyline Semifinals on May 2 and Farmingdale (6-2, 6-7, 6-2) in the Skyline Finals on May 4.

2022-23: Appeared in four singles matches and six doubles contests in his rookie season…Played in the No. 6 singles position while going 1-3 overall defeating Scranton (7-5, 6-0) on Sep. 25…Competed in the No. 2 and 3 doubles slot going 4-2 overall and 2-0 in Skyline play, defeating Mount Saint Mary (8-0) on Mar. 26 and Purchase (8-2) on Apr. 11.  

High School: 2022 graduate of Frederick Douglass Academy...Played varsity tennis for four years as a member of the FDA Lions, serving as team captain from 2019 to 2022...Named NY1 Scholar Athlete in 2022...Recipient of the PSAL Wingate Memorial Award in 2022...Placed first in the PSAL 2022 Boys Invitational Singles Championships and second in the Doubles Championships...Member of the 2022 PSAL Boys Varsity Tennis Championship team that went 12-0 during the season.

Personal: Son of Edna Rivera and Domingo Guzman...Has six siblings: Marc, Dabeiba, Hironely, Brenda, Anthony and Nino...Pursuing a degree in sports studies with plans of becoming a physical therapist.
