2010-11: Did not compete during the indoor season but took part in eight events during the outdoor season … ran the 200 and 400 dashes during the year … his best 400 time of the year came at Ramapo (4/2), crossing the line in 57.89 to place 30th overall … took 24th place at the Elmer Swanson Invitational (4/9) with a season-best 200 time of 26.36.

2009-10: Appeared in six meets during the indoor season … set a season-best in the 200 by crossing the line in 25.81 at the BU Valentine Invitational (2/13) … also ran the 400 twice, posting a best time of 58.59 at the Wheaton Invitational (1/23) … ran the 200, 400 and 400 hurdles during the outdoor season, appearing in six meets … ran the 400 in 56.56 at the Dick Shea Open (4/3), a personal best … was the first Valiant to make the leap into hurdles, including a season-best time of 1:06.54 at the Springfield Invitational (4/17).

High School: A 2009 graduate of Carmel High School … ran track for four seasons and also played four years on the soccer team for the Rams … was a high honors and National Honor Society student in high school.

Personal: Son of Lori and Bill Spaeth … has three siblings: Carly (22), Max (20) and Grant (15) … plans to major in education and psychology at Manhattanville.
