Biography

2014: An NFCA All-East Region and ECAC All-South Region second-team selection … named the Freedom Conference Player of the Year and an All-Conference first-team pick … had a stellar senior season in the circle, going 27-8 with a 2.19 ERA and 167 strikeouts in 221.0 innings … set a new Freedom Conference record and tied the school record for wins in a season, ranking her fifth in D-III this year … also ranked ninth in D-III with a school-record 10 shutouts and added 32 complete games … second in single-season games started (37), innings pitched and strikeouts as well … also dominated at the plate, hitting .385 with a single-season record 14 home runs (10th D-III) and 41 RBIs … ranked sixth at the school in total bases (92) and slugging percentage (.786) and seventh in RBIs and runs scored (35) … finished her career second in career wins (54), appearances (97) and shutouts (14); third in innings pitched (502.0) and strikeouts (374); fifth in ERA (2.54) and complete games (59); as well as third in home runs (22) and fourth in slugging percentage (.671) at Manhattanville … named the Freedom Pitcher of the Week for the first time after going 3-0 with a 1.31 ERA in three wins over Mount St. Mary (3/27) and FDU-Florham (3/29) … homered in all three games that week and also went yard in game one against King’s (4/1), ranking second in Division III history with four straight games with a homer … dominated DeSales (4/5) in two wins, striking out 11 in the circle and blasting three homers at the plate on the way to a second straight Freedom Pitcher of the Week honor … tossed the first perfect game of her career with an eight-strikeout effort at Hunter (4/9) … also tossed a no-hitter on Senior Day as part of back-to-back shutouts of Eastern (4/26) to earn Freedom and ECAC South Pitcher of the Week laurels … named Most Valuable Player of the Freedom Conference Tournament after going 3-0 while also hitting .556 over the weekend … named to the All-Tournament team of the NCAA Regional after going 2-2 with a 2.41 ERA in 29.0 innings, including a two-hit shutout of #24 William Paterson (5/10) in an elimination game after throwing 190 pitches earlier in the day in a win over PSU Berks.

2013: Named to the All-Freedom Conference first team … earned Manhattanville’s Sports Medicine Athlete of the Year award for coming back from a knee injury suffered last April … had a great season in the circle, going 12-3 with a 1.73 ERA and 87 strikeouts in 93.1 innings … ranked second in the conference in ERA and opponents’ batting average (.211), third in wins, and sixth in strikeouts … finished eighth in single-season ERA and strikeouts and ninth in single-season wins at Manhattanville … also hit .410 (16 for 39) with two homers, eight RBI and six runs scored in limited chances at the plate … struck out a career-high nine and allowed one unearned run to start the year with a win over Anna Maria (3/8) … tossed a complete-game shutout of Misericordia (3/23), scattering four hits and striking out seven … went 2-0 with a 1.62 ERA and 11 strikeouts against Springfield (3/27) and FDU-Florham (3/29) to earn Freedom Pitcher of the Week honors … had a great game against Hunter (4/10), striking out four in four scoreless innings to earn the win while also going 2 for 3 with a homer, four RBI and two runs scored at the plate … earned Freedom Pitcher of the Week honors again by going 3-0 and allowing two runs in 10.2 innings against John Jay (4/24) and Baruch (4/27) to end the regular season … allowed one earned run in 5.1 innings and also went 2 for 3 with a homer and two RBI to beat King's (5/3) in the team's Freedom Conference Tournament opener.

2012: Named to the All-Freedom Conference second team … took the field for 29 games during her second season with the team, including a team-leading 22 appearances in the circle … posted a 7-6 record and a 2.66 ERA with 53 strikeouts in a team-high 89.1 innings of work … also hit .299 with three home runs, 11 runs scored and seven RBI at the plate … earned her first win of the year with a three-hit shutout of defending champion King’s (3/21) … allowed one run in 10 innings while also going 2 for 2 with a homer and two RBI in game two to pick up a pair of wins over Wilkes (4/1) and earn Freedom Pitcher of the Week honors … went 3 for 3 with three runs scored and also struck out a season-high eight batters in five innings in a win over FDU-Florham (4/6) … pitching essentially on one leg after an injury the week before, tossed eight gutty innings and allowed three earned runs to earn the win in a Freedom Conference Tournament game against King’s (5/5) … also allowed only one run in 3.1 innings later in the day against Eastern (5/5) to help the Valiants to another win.

2010: Appeared in 26 games as a freshman, including 20 games in the circle for the Valiants … at the plate, led the team with a .379 batting average and also ranks second on the team with three homers in just 66 at-bats … also posted an 8-6 record and a 3.99 ERA with 67 strikeouts in 20 appearances in the circle … a two-time Freedom Conference Pitcher of the Week … collected her first two career hits and drove in two in a win over Eastern (3/20) … tossed her first career no-hitter with five hitless innings against John Jay (4/6) … picked up a pair of wins and also jacked a three-run homer in a sweep of John Jay, then earned a win and a save in a doubleheader sweep of Staten Island (4/11) later in the week on the way to Freedom Pitcher of the Week honors … won the award again the following week after earning two wins in the circle and batting .556 at the plate against New Paltz (4/14) and Delaware Valley (4/17).
