2024: Did not compete in the cross country season as a senior.
2023: As a junior, competed in four events throughout the season…Ran in the Jasper Fall XC Invite on Sep. 16, placing 164th overall and logging a time of 332:30.3… Completed the MSMC Knight Invite course on Sep. 24 in 36th place with a time of 34:05.1… Finished the NJIT Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 7 with a time of 37:09.5…Closed out the season at the Skyline Championships on Oct. 22, finishing 43rd overall with a time of 36:13.7.
2022: Competed in two events throughout the season…Finished 38th with a time of 34:32.2 in the MSMC Knight Invite on Oct. 8… Competed in the Skyline Conference Championship on Oct. 23 and placed 29th overall with a time of 32:46.1.
2021: Did not compete for the Valiants.
Prep: 2021 graduate of Herricks High School...Competed in cross country, winter and spring track across six years...Set high school program records in the 200m and the 4x100 relay...Named Herricks' Most Imrpoved Athlete in 2018...Selected as Most Valuable Player in 2021.
Personal: Daughter of Charlie and Buffy Schmidt...Has two siblings, Ava and Charlie...Pursuing a degree in Childhood Education with hopes of working as an elementary school teacher.
