Manhattanville University Athletics

Alejandra Sanchez was named the assistant men's and women's golf coach at Manhattanville College in August 2019. 

Prior to Manhattanville, Sanchez graduated from St. John’s University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and business administration. Throughout her two years at St. John’s, she was a part of the women’s golf program, finishing her senior season with a 79.39 stroke-average across 18 rounds. Additionally, she held the fourth-best stroke average on the team and 21st in the BIG EAST.

Before joining the Red Storm, Sanchez spent her first two collegiate years golfing at Bethune-Cookman University where she ended her first season with an 80.24 stroke-average. Additionally, she was a golf instructor at the Cancun Country Club.

A native of Cancun, Mexico, she is currently residing in Purchase, N.Y., and pursuing her master’s in sports business at Manhattanville.
