2012: Took part in eight games during her freshman season with the Valiants … made her career debut against Stevens (9/1) … saw action for the first time at home against Division II Mercy (9/4) … finished the season with time against nationally ranked College of New Jersey (10/26).

High School: Graduated from Patchogue-Medford High School in Medford, New York … played five seasons of varsity field hockey for the Raiders … also played softball while in high school … was an AP Scholar as well as a member of both the National Honor Society and the National History Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Marian and Alex Russo … has one brother, Alexander … plans to double major in both political science and international studies during her time at Manhattanville.
