Manhattanville University Athletics

Olivia Fantigrossi was appointed Assistant Coach of the Manhattanville University's women’s lacrosse team in August 2024. 

Fantigrossi comes to Manhattanville after gaining coaching experience with the Long Island Yellow Jackets since 2021, where she educated and guided young players to achieve their highest performance level while assisting in practice plans and game scouts throughout the season.

Prior to coaching, Fantigrossi was a four-year member of the Long Island University women’s lacrosse team. During her time with the Sharks, the midfielder was named to the 2024 All-NEC First team, as well as the NEC All-Tournament team. Being selected as team captain for her final campaign, she garnered NEC Player of the Week honors once, while being named NEC Prime Performer on two separate occasions and following up her performance on the field with accolades in the classroom as two-time NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll while being named NCAA Division 1 Woman of the Year Nominee and NEC Female Athlete of the Year Nominee. 

Fantigrossi is a 2024 graduate of LIU, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration. She is pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Business and Entertainment Management at Manhattanville and currently resides in Purchase, N.Y.
