2025: The freshman midfielder made her Valiants debut, appearing in five games throughout the season…Starting in four…Tallied 14 goals with a five-goal game against New England on March 11th…Adding four assists off 31 shots with 25 being on goal for a shooting percentage of 81%...Recorded one game-winning goal against New England, 14 ground balls, seven caused turnovers, and 34 draws controlled. 

High School: 2024 graduate of Walt Whitman High School...Played 12 years of basketball prior to college, alongside 14 years of both lacrosse and soccer.

Personal: Also a member of the Valiants' women's basketball team...Daughter of Jamie and Mike O'Mara...Sister of Melissa O'Mara, who attended Manhattanville as a member of women's lacrosse from 2017 to 2021...Has two other siblings, Kelly and Emily...Pursuing a degree in sport studies, with goals of working as a physical education teacher.
