Isabel ter Weeme was named assistant coach of the Manhattanville University women's soccer team in August of 2024.
A goalkeeping specialist, ter Weeme brings more than four years of coaching experience with her to Manhattanville. A native of the Netherlands, ter Weeme began her coaching experience in her home country in 2020, serving as a goalkeeper coach at summer camps. Coming stateside for her collegiate education starting in 2021, ter Weeme took on a number of coaching positions in Sioux City, Iowa at East High School, Interstate Soccer Club and Morningside University. Most recently, she worked with Dutch Soccer School this past summer to organize practices and coach matches.
On the pitch, ter Weeme played for ZCFC, SC Buitenveldert and VV Alkmaar. Collegiately, ter Weeme played her freshman season at Westcliff University before finishing her career with a pair of seasons at Morningside. With the Mustangs, she earned seven wins with a 2.01 goals-against average across two years.
ter Weeme is a 2024 graduate of Morningside University, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration this past May.
