2022-23: Competed in 10 meets throughout the indoor and outdoor track season… Started the season at the Elm City Challenge (12/2-12/3), ran in the 200-meter, 600-meter, and 4x400 relay… At the Ramapo Indoor Season Opener (1/20), finished 34^th with a time of 1:14.33 in the 400-meter dash… Finished 43^rd in the 400-meter with a time of 1:13.99 at the NYU Invitational (2/3)… At the Big Apple Invitational (2/11), ran the 200-meter dash posting a time of 32.41…Finished 13th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:15.85 at the West Point Tune-Up (2/18)…At the Stockton Invite (3/25), clocked in a time of 1:21.59 in the 400-meter…Ran in the 400-meter and the 4x100 relay at the Ramapo Outdoor Season Opener (3/31)…At the USMMA Invite (4/2), ran the 400-meter and the 4x400 relay with a fourth place finish clocking in at 5:06.17…Finished the 800-meter dash with a time of 3:07.90 at the Osprey Open and Multi (4/7-4/8) …Closed out the season at the Skyline Championships (4/23), running in the 400-meter dash, the 4x100, and the 4x400 relay.

High School: A 2020 graduate from West Orange high school … a four-year member of the cross country and track and field programs.
