Bobby Leiser begins his first season as the goalie coach for the Manahttanville College men's ice hockey team in 2019-20.

Leiser joins the Valiants in addition to serving as the owner and head instructor of Sentinal Goalie Consultants since 2013. Sentinal works with over 15 organizations and 250 local goalies. He has trained all levels of goalies, from prep school and juniors, to NCAA and professional players, including former Yale University goalie and 2013 NCAA Division I Champion Jeff Malcolm, now prospect in the New York Rangers minor league system.

As a player, Leiser spent four seasons with Division III Fitchburg State University. He played 52 games and nearly 3,000 minutes for the Falcons, finishing his career with 26 wins  in 49 starts and a .911 save percentage. Leiser also helped lead his team to the MASCAC Championship as a junior, while also holding a share of the Division III lead in save percentage (.931).

Additionally, Leiser played two years of junior hockey, first for the Fort William North Stars (SIJHL) and then for New York Applecore (EJHL). He also played and started for five years on the Monroe-Woodbury High School varsity team, winning three sectional titles and earning second team all-state honors.

Leiser, a 2012 graduate of Fitchburg State, resides in his native Monroe, N.Y.
