Chris Delguidice completed his second season as an assistant women's basketball coach in 2019-20.

Delguidice previously served as the assistant coach for Division II Mercy College during the 2016-17 season, his second stint with the program after serving in the same role during the 2011-12 season. Delguidice spent three seasons as the assistant coach at Division III Purchase College between Mercy stints.

Delguidice was a four-year starter for what is now known as Southern New Hampshire University. He became the school's first National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-American his senior season (1980-81), also winning the Bob Cousy Award (presented to the top guard in the country under six feet tall) and the New England Player of the Year award. Delguidice is a member of the SNHU Hall of Fame, having finished his career third all-time in assists (735) and 12th in points (1,597) in school history. Since graduating, Delguidice has spent over 25 years in advertising, working with ABC Television Network and various advertising agencies.

Graduating in 1981 from then-New Hampshire College with a bachelor of science degree in marketing, Delguidice is currently employed at the Busch Media Group, which specializes in purchasing advertising time for Anheuser-Busch Imbev beverage products.
