Manhattanville University Athletics

Elsa Daulerio joined the Manhattanville University women's basketball coaching staff in August 2026.

Daulerio comes to Purchase following a standout career at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. A two-time D3hoops.com All-American and a one-time WBCA All-American, Daulerio was one of the premier players in the NESCAC during her four seasons with the Bobcats. Daulerio finished her career with 1,375 points, 854 rebounds, 230 blocks, 194 assists and 61 steals, shooting .446 from the floor. She wasted little time introducing herself to the world, making the Maine Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-Rookie Team following her freshman season. Her sophomore season was the start of her coming out party, making the D3hoops.com All-America Fourth Team along with an All-America honorable mention from the WBCA after making the All-NESCAC First Team, All-State First Team and D3hoops All-Region First Team.

Daulerio repeated as a WBCA All-America honorable mention after her junior season with once again earning selections to the All-NESCAC, All-State and D3hoops All-Region First Teams.Going out with a bang serving as team captain her senior year, Daulerio was recognized as both a WBCA All-American and D3hoops.com Second Team All-American following a campaign that saw her named both the NESCAC Player and Defensive Player of the Year, WBCA Region I Player of the Year and NEWBA First Team. 

Daulerio began her coaching career in 2022 during her freshman season, working as an Elite Clinic coach with Bates during her undergraduate tenure. She also held multiple positions on-campus, including an Athletics Department operations assistant and fitness center attendant. 

She graduated from Bates College in May of 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics.
