Ryan Soto was hired as Coordinator of Intramurals, Athletic Promotions and Programming in August 2025 after previously serving as Facilities and Operations Coordinator with the athletics department the two years prior.
Soto graduated from Manhattanville in May of 2023, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance.
No stranger to Valiant athletics, Soto was a Game Day Assistant as an undergraduate where he helped with video production, clock operation, scoreboard, statistics, and equipment for all 23 Division III teams at Manhattanville College. He was nominated for the Manhattanville Athletics Employee of the Year.
While studying at Manhattanville College, Soto volunteered with the Sr. Mary T. Clark Community Service Center where he participated in a variety of on and off campus programs including Midnight Run, Habitat for Humanity, Boys to Men, Speak, and Creative Expression through Art. He has also spent his time working as a volunteer basketball coach and mathematics tutor.
Soto also currently works at Salon Realty as an office assistant where he manages the database and maintains the physical and digital workspaces. He also handles client inquiries and concerns. Soto holds a Real Estate Sales License with Real Estate Express.
Soto is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Marketing and Communications. He currently resides in Putnam Valley, N.Y.
