ST. DAVIDS, PA. — The Manhattanville College women's soccer team opened up Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom play Saturday afternoon, Sept. 29, at Eastern University, but fell to the host Eagles 2-0.

Alexa Pyatsky (Garden City, N.Y./Garden City), who has maintained a .852 save percentage this season — best in the MAC Freedom — put in another solid effort Saturday with eight saves against Eastern (5-5, 1-0 MACF).
The Valiants look to get back into the win column when they return to GoValiants.com Field for a home non-conference match against Western Connecticut State University this Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 3. Kickoff between Manhattanville and the visiting Colonials is scheduled for 4:00 p.m.
