PURCHASE, N.Y. – Opening the 2025-26 campaign with gusto,
Andrew Saint-Louis (Norwalk, Conn./Notre Dame Fairfield) of the Manhattanville University men's basketball team has been named the Skyline Conference's inaugural Player of the Week, for the week ending Nov. 9.
Saint-Louis went off for 24 points against the Mitchell College Mariners on Saturday, with his final bucket of the game being monumental for a multitude of reasons. The graduate student's layup with 32 seconds remaining not only put Manhattanville ahead late as the team went on to close out the 77-74 victory, but it also pushed Saint-Louis past 1,000 career points, becoming the 29
th Valiant in team history to reach the mark.
Saint-Louis also added seven rebounds, a block and an assist to his ledger as he played a full 40 minutes in the win.
Saint-Louis and the Valiants return to the court on Wednesday at Western Connecticut State at 5 p.m.
