Megan Musselman

Megan Musselman was appointed as assistant coach for the Manhattanville College women's and newly-formed men's volleyball programs in August 2022.

Musselman joins Manhattanville after a collegiate career across three institutions. After playing at Eastern Wymoing College, Musselman completed her undergraduate career at Columbia College. As a member of the Cougars, Musselman made the American Midwest Conference Academic Team in 2019, 2020 and 2021 as well as one Academic All-American nomination. Musselman also received accolades at her previous stops, being selected to the Region IX All-Academic First Team and the AMC All-Conference Team in 2019 at Columbia College, while making the Region IX All-Academic First Team and another NJCAA All-Academic Third Team appointment in 2018 with Eastern Wyoming. The Cougars finished as NAIA National Champion runners-up during Musselman's season on the roster.

Prior to college, Musselman was a member of the Illini Elite Volleyball Club that won the 2017 AAU Open Junior National Championship.

Outside of playing on the court, Musselman developed coaching experience since 2020 as an assistant coach with the Missouri Juniors Volleyball Club and with University of Missouri camps. Working alongside Mizzou's coaching staff, Musselman organized and managed a youth program for player development. Musselman had a focus on working with outside hitters and defensive specialist across all age ranges in addition to developing a physical conditioning program. As part of her time with the Missouri Juniors Volleyball Club, Musselman was able to coach a 12u Team to a top-five ranking in the Heart of America Region. 

Musselman is a 2022 graduate of Columbia College, earning a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in sport psychology. She currently resides in Purchase, N.Y.
