PURCHASE, N.Y. – Continuing the outdoor season, Gabrielle Billetz (Clarksburg, Mass./Hoosac Valley) of the Manhattanville University women's track and field team has been named the Skyline Conference Field Athlete of the Week, for the week ending Mar. 31.

This past weekend, Billetz was amongst the Valiants' top performers in a stellar outing at the Ramapo College Invitational. She set a new top mark in the women's discus placing second overall with a 36.06-meter distance to rank within the top 15 for all rookie throwers. She would also place eighth in the shotput, logging a distance of 9.52 meters.

Billetz and the Valiants are back in action this weekend at the Wilton Wright Invitational hosted by Southern Connecticut State.
