PURCHASE, N.Y. – The Skyline Conference named Esther Ramos (Queens, N.Y./Forest Hills) the women's basketball player of the week for the week ending on Nov. 16.

Ramos turned in a strong week, posting double-digit points in both games as the team went 1–1.

Against Medgar Evers, the senior shot an efficient 6-of-10 from the field while adding eight rebounds and three steals. She followed that up with a career-best 27-point performance at Brooklyn College, going 12-of-18 and knocking down two threes. Ramos also led the team on the glass with nine rebounds, chipped in two steals, and recorded a block.

Up next, women's basketball heads to Riverdale, N.Y., to face the University of Mount Saint Vincent (1-1) on Wednesday at 8 PM.
