Key Returners for Manhattanville

Senior Macey Girard (Branford, Conn./Branford) returns to the pitch after a stellar junior season. Starting in all 17 games, Girard allowed just 19 goals on 115 shots faced, racking up a dominant 1.31 goals-against average. With 56 saves in the season, she became the tenth goalkeeper in Manhattanville women's soccer's books to surpass the 200 career saves mark.

Classmate Caela Vasilkioti (Harrison, N.Y./Harrison) will continue to make an impact on the defensive line during the upcoming season. Tallying over 1,100 minutes in the 2024 contests, Vasilkiotl became a key aspect of the Valiant defensive unit, halting opponents to an average of 1.24 goals per game.

Fellow seniors Stephanie Sanchez (Rye, N.Y./The Masters School) and Alessia Cioffi (Pawling, N.Y./Pawling) front the offensive efforts entering the 2025 season.

Skyline All-Conference Second team recipient, Sanchez, racked up 16 points on five goals and led the team in assists, dishing out six on the season. She recorded her second career hat-trick against Yeshiva. Sanchez sent her teammates to goal three times, earning her way into the record book on Oct. 8 with the new title of 18th  three-assist game in program history.

Cioffi recorded 12 points on the year and marked up the record book, earning the top-20 spot as the 17th player in program history with a seven-point match. Serving four to her teammates and recording four herself, she returns to the pitch looking to continue her impact.
