PURCHASE, N.Y. – The Skyline Conference released weekly awards for the week ending on March 22, naming Maura Spruck (Hawthorne, N.Y./Westlake High School) the conference's Defensive Player of the Week.

Spruck held strong in the net for the Valiants, earning her first two collegiate wins. The freshman stopped 12 shots with this week's save percentage sitting at .452. In addition to the numbers in her crease, she also added two groundballs and caused a turnover against Mount Saint Vincent.
