PURCHASE, N.Y. - D3Baseball.com and the Skyline Conference announced weekly awards for the week ending on April 26, naming Griffin White (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Arlington) the Team of the Week, Second Baseman, and Skyline Rookie of the Week. 

Griffin White (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Arlington) went 13 for 26 at the plate this week, batting .500. He hit 13 base hits and drove in 10 runs, scoring seven himself. He also stole three bases and had two extra-base hits. His on-base percentage for the week was .577 as he helped lead the Valiants to a 4-2 week in Skyline Conference play.  

White started in all of the team's games throughout the week. In the opening series against Mt. St. Vincent, he had eight at-bats with four hits and a walk, bringing in four runs. 
In the mid-week matchup against William Patterson, White had two hits in his four at-bats. He had one double and one RBI. 

To open the weekend at Old Westbury, White had eight at-bats, resulting in 3 hits, one walk, and 3 RBI.  In the last road trip of the regular season, the team traveled to Purchase College, where White had six at-bats. He had four hits, two walks, one double, and 2 RBI.
